Here are a few helpful tips to getting started:

1)	Make sure that you call our message recording line to record the name of your
	organization as well as the messages that you would like us to play on the call. 
	You must have your digital ID handy when calling the line. 
	Once calls are recorded you can manage them in “Manage call recordings” page 
	upon login to our site.
2)	Set up your account preferences, this page will be accessible upon login to the site.
3)	Set up your appointment calendar and your calling preferences prior to entering or uploading your appointment data to the site.
