ThanksHere are a few helpful tips to getting started:
1) To record your Group Call Message call our message recording line and enter your digital Id above. Go to option 3 for Group Call and follow the prompts to record, listen to and save your main message. Once calls are recorded you can manage them in Manage call recordings page upon login to our site.
2) Prepare your call list in a .CSV file (comma delimited) and arrange the data in the following format- Phone number in the first column and Name in the second column. You can also manually enter your list on the ‘Create a call project’ page.
3) Setup your call campaign on the "Create a call project" page on the site.
