Here are a few crucial tips to getting started:

1)	Make sure that you call our message recording line to record the name of your
    organization as well as the messages that you would like us to play on the call.
    You must have your digital ID handy when calling the line. 
	Once calls are recorded you can manage them in “Manage call recordings” page 
	upon login to our site.
2)	Set up your account preferences, this page will be accessible upon login to the site.

3)	Set up your PRR schedulers- Dial-Up users must download the scheduler while 
DSL users will access the scheduler through the login pages. Make sure that the
 scheduler preferences are setup to fit your needs and that you begin entering
  prescription data into the calendar.
