Group Call Import Guide
Call list must be saved as a .CSV format (when saving the file in excel, choose the type called .CSV comma delimited)
The format of the file should be the Phone number in the first column and Name in the second column (name can be a name or digits). No other columns should be present.
The Phone number can either be plain numbers - 7188889999. Or with hyphens- 718-888-9999. Or with Parenthesis around the are code- (718)8889999. The format must be specified in the �Telephone Format� section of the import page, if it is plain numbers, you can leave the boxes in the telephone format blank.
Error Report: If an error report is created when you import a list, that means that our system had encountered a problem. To view the problem you can open the error report and you will see the errors towards the middle of the page. You will also see 2 other links, one is to view the Valid records and the other will show you the invalid records.
If you want to ignore the errors and just submit the good records, please click on the �Submit� button on the import page and we will take all of the valid records.
Once an import is successful you will be taken back to the main Create a GC project page and the call count box will show the amount of phone numbers that were imported.
